Que los puristas no se ofendan, esto no pretende ser una recopilación de música punk… O, pensándolo mejor, que den por culo a los puristas. Para mí esto es punk. Música guitarrera rápida, simple, breve, que transmite urgencia y ansia adolescente. Como un chute de popper. Pero está claro que el motivo no era hacer un grandes éxitos del género. Más bien he intentado reducir al mínimo la presencia de grupos ortodoxos (The Damned, Ramones, The Vandals, M.C.D.) y he dado cancha a forasteros que habían realizado alguna –y muchos sólo una– incursión en este territorio.

Por no haberlos encontrado en Spotify han quedado fuera temas de L7, Adam and the Ants, NOFX, The Jim Carroll Band, Beastie Boys, Kittie, One Minute Silence y Goldfinger.
